Educational Consultant – Georgia Student Visa Specialist Remote On site
Georgia’s student visa framework shifts fundamentally on July 1, 2026. This change dictates how international scholars enter the country. As a specialist consultant, you’ll manage the front lines of this technical transition. You aren’t just processing paperwork; you’re managing complex logistical hurdles that affect student enrollment dates and travel timelines.
Manage the front lines of the technical transition for the new student visa framework.
Audit academic transcripts, proof of funds, and insurance documents before submission to the embassy portal.
Ensure precision to avoid automatic rejection under updated automated screening protocols.
Handle high volumes of inquiries from students regarding their status.
Explain how the streamlined digital portal links to local university admissions offices.
Perform immediate problem-solving for system glitches, documentation lags, and sudden policy shifts.
Bridge the gap between bureaucratic mandates and student needs.
Maintain knowledge of Georgian immigration law, specifically provisions for long-term student residency.
Respond to urgent visa alerts and student inquiries outside traditional nine-to-five hours.
Communicate via phone, email, and live chat to distill complex requirements into plain language.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student records protected by data privacy laws.
Manage high volume and multiple communication streams independently.
We offer a pay scale of ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month, adjusted based on your technical aptitude and prior experience with similar visa regimes. Incentives are tied to approval ratios and the speed of file completion. You’ll work with a CRM that tracks every submission, so you’ll see the direct result of your diligence in real-time.
Prior experience with E-visa systems or student mobility is preferred.
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented approach to repetitive data entry.
Ability to work remotely with a high-speed connection and a quiet environment, or on-site with the legal team.
Proven ability to manage a desk independently.
If you have worked with E-visa systems or handled student mobility in the past, your learning curve will be shorter. We value those who can distill complex requirements into plain language that students actually understand. You’ll communicate via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that every applicant knows exactly what the portal requires at every step.
Regarding logistics, you’re welcome to choose between remote work or our on-site hub. Remote members need a high-speed connection and a quiet environment for handling confidential student data. On-site members get direct access to our legal team, which is helpful when you run into edge-case visa denials or document validation errors. You’ll have to maintain strict confidentiality, as student records are protected by data privacy laws that we take quite seriously. The core of this job is volume management. If you struggle with repetitive data entry or get overwhelmed by multiple communication streams, this won’t be a good fit. But if you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoy seeing tangible results from your efforts, you’ll thrive in this environment. We focus on results over office politics, and we trust you to manage your desk independently. If you feel ready to master these new regulations and help students secure their path to Georgia, start your application by checking your documents against our requirements today.
